Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Solo, Visa, Delta, Mastercard, JCB, Maestro and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling
Shipping is £1.99 for items sent withing the UK.
We will gladly arrange insurance for your parcel
upon request.
We will not accept responsibility for parcels sent
outside the UK that you have not additionally
insured. Please contact us via e.mail at the time
of purchase and we will arrange a quote.
Delivery Schedule
If you are resident in the U.K. or ROI and have not received your delivery within 7 days please notify us immediately, have your order number ready.
Overseas customers please allow 28 days for delivery but of course we will be as quick as we can be.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included in the price you see.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
Returns Policy
We want your shopping experience with us to be as pleasant as possible and free of risk.
Postage is £1.99
We have made every effort to display our selection of goods as accurately as possible. We will carefully check all items before despatch. In most cases you will be pleased with your selection but if you are not, for any reason, return the item/s within 7 days for a full refund or replacement with all tags and packaging intact. This is our 'no quibble guarantee'
The exceptions to this rule are essential oils, body jewellery or earrings unless of course they are faulty.
Clients returning goods outside of the 7 day period and in resaleable condition with all packaging and tags intact will be offered a credit note. For your own peace of mind please send items back to us using recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility if return packages are lost. Once we have received the goods we will exchange, refund or issue a credit note, whichever is appropriate.
Overseas orders are placed at the customers risk The Aroma Shop will not accept responsibility for orders lost in transit.
Most items are in stock and will be despatched same day.
